BROOK PARK, Ohio -- Less than a year after he was found passed out and nearly naked in a neighbor's driveway, Tom Coyne has decided to run again for mayor of the Cleveland suburb of Brook Park.

Coyne said Wednesday he has begun collecting signatures for a Nov. 8 run as an independent.
